Objective
- Increasing the value of R&Dto build a university-industry cooperation ecosystem driving new industries and job creation based on public technologies developed by universities
- Promoting technology commercialization (technology transfers and lab-based startups) of university R&D outcomes to contribute to job creation

- Comprehensive support for specialized organizations for transfer of university technology (TLO) and technology holding companies, to promote transfer/commercialization of public technology in universities, and growth of businesses such as lab-based startups etc.
