  2. Contact businesses that have requested use of Trademark (phone, e-mail, face to face, etc.)
  3. Official Document Registration (Trademark Use Application, Contract, Proposal, Business Plan, etc.)
  4. Internal Review & On-site Inspection - Internal review based on documents submitted (person in char, relevant head of department, associative vice president of OUIC, etc.)
  5. Passing the Committee Evaluation
  6. Technology Commercialization Committee Itinerary Preparation
  7. 1st round decision - internal review + on-site inspection comprehensive evaluation - Technology Commercialization Committee Clearance
  8. Conclusion of Contract, Dispatch Official Document Allowing Use of Trademark, and Include KAIST Brand Usage Authentication Certificate
  9. Collect Usage Fee & Include KAIST Brand Usage Authentication Certificate
  10. Allocate & Manage Profit
